yeah dude you'll learn a ton about motors putting one together. you have any questions. any at all. just let me know. i have so much information that i have collected over the past 2 years building these from start to finish. just takes time/money and dedication.

and yes that is a perfect clutch for your setup. we use the exact same ones, so does jerom and tony down at element and chets engines up here in roy. i'm using the same exact one for my turbo build which should be about 450+ whp. so yeah. good choice. you'll be changing it out every year though. just so you know. the unsprung 6 pucks seem to burn up pretty fast. maybe that's just me on the gas pedal like i like to be, but they burn up hella faster than the exedy stage1's. but they grab hella nice though. hella....

and yeah those prolights are great flywheels. i'm using one on a b16 i'm building for my buddy gary right as we speak. we're just doing an all motor top end build on his em1. should be pretty close to 200whp after a court tune..

they're not bad. just real grabby. i kinda like the feel of an aggressive clutch though. the part that starts to make it hard to be driven on the street is when you get like 4000lb pressure plates and shit. it's literally on/off style clutch at that point. but even their 2300lb plates aren't too bad.

yeah your parts list has been quite official. the only thing i would change on it are the head studs. look up the golden eagles vs the arps. GEs are actually like 10 bucks cheaper than the arps, and i like them alot better. so does court and frank and them guys. we used to use the arp head studs, till i had like a 20 minute conversation with courtney at my house one day while working on this kids integra. they are just that much more naughty in comparison. and to my surprise, they are a little bit cheaper.

yeah those rod bolts are fine. it's just the way the head studs are put together. as for the rod bolts, just look up how to properly torque them down. it ain't too hard.

honestly it doesnt matter if you use a b16 or an ls gasket. just get it the same bore, 81.5. just on the LS gasket you have to pull the two exhaust side rivets out very gently as to not damage the gasket itself. if you dont pull them, they don't clear where the head meats the block by a mm or so. only on the exhaust side though. golden eagle swears by the vtec gasket. but honestly, i have been using the LS ones and they have been just fine. nover had a problem with them. i am using LS gasket on my own personal build.

my reason for liking the LS gaskets is: i would rather have a little bit of coolant being blocked (and it aint even being that blocked), cuz thats under pressure in all areas of the motor, and have it so that there is no pooling of oil in the oil returns. the oil, at the point where it is falling back into the oil pan, is no longer under pressure. it has been pushed to the top of the head by pressure and then pressure is released from the valve cover, while gravity brings the oil down the oil return. . . where slight pooling can occur using the vtec gasket.

yeah or a factory LS gasket from honda, or i've used nippon ls and b16 gaskets off of ebay. i'm using a nippon LS gasket for my build. they have them in all sizes needed. or just ask court for a gasket. he has them in stock i believe.
