| ttech Sponsor | Over the past many years i have owned many projects.. I have owned (21) 92-95 civic (4) 96-00 civic (3) 94-01 integra This is my last build... So I'm going to make it a good one. I Will start with a clean title shell... ![]() ![]() And then start hacking it up.. ![]() ![]() ![]() what comes next is a 8month search for a FLAWLESS complete clip. When i mean flawless i mean FLAWLESS. FULL AC/Power steering, Full wiring from headlights to taillights, Gas Pop, Trunk Pop... I'm located in Oregon... i found this clip and a honest seller in Philadelphia, PA (EliteJDM.com) The clip was located 2967.97 miles away from me. ![]() For 8 months i called Hmotorsonline & PASSWORD & every other small time shop to locate the perfect clip.. You can imagine how much shipping was. I ordered when gas prices where at its peak.. Moving along... The clip shows up.. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() As promised the condition was as the photos showed. This is where im at currently in the project. Next steps is to obviously cut out the RHD firewall and weld it into the USDM civic. This project will take some time, updates might be spread out due to trying to find time with my busy work/life schedule. | ||

| ttech Sponsor | Now comes the CTR 5lug.. but YUCK.. we cant have old dirty parts go on this car.. Time to clean out the hubs, repack the bearings with grease, next studs, pads, rotor, and some fresh paint should do the trick. ![]() ![]() AH much better! ![]() Now comes.. Kevlar Bucket seat Bride Low Rise Rails (authentic) Takata Harneses (authentic) Takata Pads ![]() | ||

| ttech Sponsor | Sorry about the lack of updates. Got a couple new additions today.. ![]() ![]() Back Yard CF lip Back Yard CF Spoiler VIS CF hood I firsed used some seam seal to try to squeeze inbetween the 2 parts of floor board. I did more welding them factory did. Making a solid weld of the 2 parts. But.. i still tried mybest to find spots where it could go through. After i did that.. i let it dry, and taped out a nice area so the seal will in some way "look halfway managed" ![]() Then started putting more on. Kinda went overboard.. but i want to make sure its done right. $11.00 a tube.. i have gone through 6 tubes and have yet to touch the undercarriage or the engine bay. ![]() ![]() ![]() i used more then i should have, i took into consideration shrinkage and also the option if i wanted to knock down the top a little to make it more smooth. (for paint) Worked on Battery Relocation box: Not finished. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Started to weld up holes for the engine bay shave. I counted 190ish holes are to be welded up. :( I got half of them done so far. ![]() | ||

| ttech Sponsor | got a INTEGRA 1in MC + BB Worked on bending some lines today. ![]() I dont think it will be done by december18th.. I have never done brakes and a wire tuck likes this before.. so I'm learning. Thanks everyone for the positive comments. Willy started on the body, taking the quarters down to bare to reveal some shadey bodywork. Ground all that BS out and laid some fresh mud. ![]() Not finished welding up holes.. wanted to take abreak. ![]() Cleaning the OEM brake nuts.. Just kinda stumbled upon this method of cleaning them. Im sure its a well known fact on how to clean them. It just worked so well for people to not know how to do this. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I installed the heaterbox and pedals to give myself a idea of where i need to run the brake lines inside. wheels showed up todaY>: ![]() got a small order in today from earls. ![]() Got the line and connections needed to tap down into the factory hardline for the fuel. So i wont have to use a fuel filter mounted on the firewall. This will drop directly off the fuel rail. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() just have to get some braided lines for the rear setup: Im prob going to make a new hardline for the brake master.. I may do that later on down the road. When i have less to work on. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
