Just want to make a quick poll here.. what would you rather have in your modified car lots of torque or lots of power?

torque, remember your motor may have 1000hp but if you cant transfer that to torque tru your drive train its use less.

I'll go with torque as i have a muscle car which has a lots of torque

ill give you a sample, a WRC Lancer 2.0liter 300ps (295hp) has a 398 lb-ft w/ a 6speed sequential transmission. 1994-2002 wrc rules say their engine thats has a cap of 2.0liter only should have a 300hp so what they did is build up torque thru gears ratio and weight reduction.
