well like the title says i cant figure out why my 91 accord sedan dx is ideling so low its starting to piss me off ive adjusted the idle screw several times and it will work just fine and then drop to just above zero

i put in a new battery recently

its starting to piss me off and now my speedo stopped working so i judge my speed on the rpms and i know im pretty much dead on so i swear if anything else goes out im going to sell this pos and get another car asap

and it is having electrical issues like the following

the headlights become very bright above 5100 rpm and the battery light comes on now the idel issue so if anyone has any ideas pleas let me know asap im in need of some advice before i drive this pos off of a cliff just cuz im madd lol
