Default How to change my transmission oil?

Hello guys, i went to my local shop yesterday to do my oil change and they recommended me to do my transmission oil as well because they said it is pretty much dark/dirty. so i ask how much would this cost me and they said they have to charges me an hourly rate which will cost me 2hrs labor. so its $220 plus the parts

so my question is.. is this right, reasonable charges? how hard to do a tranny oil change?

any input will be much appreciate...

holly.. they're rippin you off my friend! it shouldn't be that hard to change your tranny oil even if its an automatic transmission..

changing manual tranny oil should be just like doing a regular oil change! drain and fill
