Default d-series header question

hi guys, hope this is in the right section but i have a d15 in my 90 civic sedan and i was looking for a good header. i really like the bisimoto header and gains can be seen up to 17 hp at the wheels on a bone stock engine but i would have to ditch my power steering and a/c but the wife doesn't like that idea or the price so my question is does any other company offer a standard style header with the same or near same hp gains so i can keep the creature comforts and my kidney? any help would be great.

well that's what bisimoto engineering claims with the header i'm looking at. should i look else where? because i seem to be getting the same reaction from some of my friends. i just figured since it was a reputable company they wouldn't try to blow smoke up your backside but that's what it's starting to sound like.

Well most of the companies they're just saying it so that people will buy.. It's just like the other fail advertisement saying it's free of charges but when you walk in they'll say you have to pay this and that etc..

I know you can get hp from just replacing your header but without proper tuned and setup you will not get 17hp from it, I guaranteed!!

ok cool. i'll look at a different header for sure then. i've already decided on an exhaust and cam. hopefully at some point i can swap out that crappy tbi injection on it for multiport. it'll come together in time.
