Car wont start, What could be the problem?

Default Car wont start, What could be the problem?

Posting question for a friend. 96 dc2. Car will crank but won't turn over. I want 2 do the work myself,but how do I check? A friend said it could b the distributor,or car is not getting fuel. What do I do?

try pulling the spark plugs. If they smell like fuel then they're probably not sparking. did he replace the fuel pump by any chance?

No he haven't replace the Fuel pump and he had the car for 5 years.

Do you think its a fuel Pump?

I'd check the main relay before replacing the fuel pump. did you pull the spark plugs like Raid3n said and check if they smell like fuel?
