I was running a Turbonetics TO4E ceramic ball bearing with a ported intake side and a clipp'd fins ont he exhaust side. I'm sure there are some more aggresive setups now, after all that was 12 years ago.. The origional piping came from an RD Racing turbo kit... not the best quality and fitment, so after I changed the B18 for the B16 I got some used piping that came of one of Top Fuel Japan's race civics. The fitment was much better and the quality was much higher. I did have to get new axels and I got some factory Honda motor mounts, everything else came with the block, ECU, wiring harness and tranny mount. Though now you can buy all kinds of mounts from your OE mounts to full solid race mounts...
