The swap is in! Didn't get to do a write up on it since we were short on time and a million people decided to show up to my house in the process of this. Started it at 8pm friday night and was in about 3am that morning. Had it finished the next day and took it on a 200 mile cruise in oklahoma city.
New water pump/timing belt/oil filter all from honda!
Pulling the LS from the Wrecked 96 integra
Pulling out the single dingle from my coupe:)
OUT
RMF rep header has not made it on yet but I did install new exhaust piping with the integra stock muffler. Quiet at start up and has a great sound when at WOT.
The finished product!
The header is on! Along with a new adjustable test pipe and my magnaflow muffler welded on by yours truly.
I got a lot done over the weekend. Put in plenty of hours under and around this car.
Updates 4/11/11
New cam gears installed while replacing the front crank seal.
Hardrace extended lower ball joints installed. Comparison to the old ones.
Integra front brakes installed with the new ball joints and ground control coil overs.
Future mods Include: Finishing my GSR rear disc swap, Adding GSR front sway bar & LCA's, comptech CAI, Exedy stage 1 clutch, Fastline extended short shifter, front hardrace endlinks, LCA bushings. Hopefully one day I will finish rebuilding my b18c1 to throw in.
Now on to the 1979 Datsun 620. I picked this up as a project about 6 months ago to SR20 swap after following Chad Copelands build (featured in S3 magazine a month or so back), but gave up on that idea after coming across all the body rust. Now I'm debating on just rebuilding the l20b that sits in it, fixing all the rust, painting it, and making it my new DD. The truck, when I bought it had a holly one barrell carb. fitted onto a two barrell manifold and was rigged up. Two rocker guides were off and missing, the fuel line and most of the carb system was bypassed or blocked off, and it was backfiring through the carburator.
Truck is now spray painted flat black with 2 thick white strips down the hood. I will start sanding and doing body work once it warms up here.

Thinking maybe silver, just polishing or powdercoating those wheels black, lowering it, and redoing all the interior black. Any input or ideas would be appriciated!
