rench turbo h22 swap or turbo f22

Ive been goin back and forth in my head with this for awhile readin what people bout these engines. I want yall opinion. Its a 96 honda accord non vtec should i swap in an h22 and turbo it? or rebuilt my f22 and turbo it? I would like to take it to the track every now and then and it will be a daily driver. what would yall do if it was your ride? thanks

i would say just rebuilt your f22 and turbo it rather than swaping in a h22a which has more compression than f22.

YES that way you dont have to lower any compression for the f22b because its already low and it will save you way more money and time

make sure to setup your turbo right otherwise it will blown on you. although we all know turbo cannot be the reliable setup

that is why i go N/A for my daily driver
