hey i was thinking of finding a6 speed honda or acura manual transmission and was wondering if its possible to swap it with my 94 accord transmission. it was just a thought so that i would have that extra gear and would be able to use it when going along the freeway and being able to have a 6 spd accord
again just an idea and wanting some oppinions on if its even possible lol

lots of factors here. I'm no accord tranny expert, but any FWD H or F series tranny should fit. However, you have to take into account shift linkage, any electronics, clutch type, etc.

Yes if i do swap, im planing on using either the linkages that come with it or figure out a way to get my own, i would be using the sensors from that tranny and link them with my hardware, and clutch i would most likey be using a different clutch cable or whole assembly if worst comes to worst then i will just go get a universal performance clutch kit

i do believe raiden is right as long as its an h or an f series tranny and the way the clutch it set up either hydraulic or manual as long as the transmission is the same it should work but you will also need the correct tranny motor mount
