how do i convert my 4 lug two a 5 lug

Do you have any other images that explain in order like the other diy's here.. i am pretty noob doing it my self so if possible i want somethin that i can easily follow.

thanks but arent the type r 5 lug conversion swaps hard to find??? and they hate me at that honda forums because i brought up the 350 in a civic and i was threatens to be killed, and beat shit like that
