Has anyone ever shopped on ebay for car parts? Purchased an oem head light for cheap, and had no problems with it. But i also recently purchased these fog/blinkers.


Got them in the mail today! Was so happy to see them, but i started noticing a few details that were different from the OEM parts. Now im disgusted that these are knock offs and dont even fit correctly into my OEM Mk3 jetta front bumper.


Should have just got them from a custom light place that knew what they were doing...

"You get what you pay for" Thought id get that out the way before anyone else threw it in my face. $60 bucks down the whole, done with ebay!

Try to contact the seller and get him to refund before he ships.

Honestly the lights look sexy as hell, they just do not fit on an oem bumper. It looks like they messed up when trying to manufacture them, and then sold them on ebay... But yea, im gona get a refund, i always threaten to leave negative feed back so i dont have to pay shipping back.

just remembered i ordered an angel eyes for my old civic before and they fit perfectly fine! i got lucky i guess? hahahahaha

same here...i order alotta shit on ebay..oh well we'll see what happens with mine. i have oem fog lights already but i'm upgrading to the newer bumper so i'ma just use the same wiring i have already and just throw the new fogs on

Yeah, about 80% of the stuff i bought on ebay was worth it. Oem head lights from ebay were fine. Its really strange these lights. They have the right design to fit in flush, but the wiring doesnt match up and the screw holes are way off. I almost felt like i was doing it wrong, but the lights clearly say L or R on the back haha.

Made a video, uploading it to youtube for proof for ebay buyer protection.

There you go guys, sorry for the foul language. I was a bit angry at the whole situation, and frustrated as this isnt the first time ive been ripped off on ebay.

Yeah it is strange, i tried them again today, but i still cant figure out why this is so weird. Sadly, i forgot i left one of the blinkers by the car and freakin ran over one of them =[
