Love it here, and no we don't ride Kangaroos to work.. But we used to ride them to school, cheaper than the bus!

I have to drive about 5/6 hours to get to somewhere that has snow haha.. Sometimes it snows in some of the areas not too far out of syd but it's only very light and pittyful haha..

I love snow though! Seems some people who have it, don't want it, and vice versa!

You guys ever been here?

Caitlin, that looks like a nice peaceful place :)

We just lost one of our iconic local tracks to real estate development :( Oran Park Raceway..
RIP Oran Park: Project.D :: View topic - DISTURBING IMAGES!!!! (warning careful when opening) <-- Ignore the title lol it's nothing gruesome, just sad and disturbing for people who loved the track

We still have Eastern Creek which is 30 mins from me, or Wakefield which is 2-3 hours away..

Bathurst is 60km/h public road when not being used by racing events, and they have a special police task force all driving fat V8s with a 2minute response time if locals who live on the track complain about people speeding around it!

But other than that, we don't really have much else in the way of tracks :(

The only photos of the area I live in, are taken with cars as the main focus lol, I never took photos of the area otherwise haha.. I guess I see it every day, so it's all the same to me!

But I do enjoy looking at pics you guys post :) How bout more from you guys? hehe..

My mates Evo 6.5 TMR.. He used to live around the corner, so we'd see each other heaps, now he has moved! Good bloke, awesome car! It screams SO LOUD!

This was taken out the back of the local hospital, they have huge park land around it and have small festivals there :)

Right near us there is a business park where huge new office buildings have been build! Good opportunity on the weekend to do 'mordern' scene photoshoots

Taken at Mt Panorama in Bathurst, you guys may have heard of the race and the track maybe? Like the Supercharged Bathurst Edition HSV Clubsport they showed on Top Gear?

It's a great drive there, an hour or so of open and twisty roads, going on to open freeway, then on to the race track :) Public road so we can't smash it around there! :(

Back in 2006 I was invited along as a photographer on an RX8Club.com cruise, we had 27 RX8s :)
Went to Wollongong Lighthouse, beautiful drive.. 2 hours or something down, through the Royal National Park which is full of twisty roads, then along beautiful beach side towns and along the Sea Cliff Bridge down in to Wollongong and on to the lighthouse :)

If any of you guys end up in Sydney for whatever reason, be sure to let me know, I'll give you a lift and show you around and stuff.. Take you out to see the crazy Sydney night life and whatever :) Drinking age is 18 here too LOL
