Microsoft Kinect:
What is it: Kinect has a camera that sits on your TV that can detect your face, position and track all your movements without a controller. Players can navigate menus and play games with hand gestures and their voice. It plugs into an Xbox 360.
Details: Kinect costs $150, and it comes with Kinect Adventures. If you don't have an Xbox, a Kinect and Xbox cost $299.
