Default When do you mount your summer tires on?

I am not sure if everyone on here get winter times! But hopefully there some that gets it! Lol.. So just wondering when do you usually mount your summer tires on? Do you wait till all the snows are melt or spring time?

i was thinking within the next week or 2, with the random snow we're still getting i'd like to wait as long as possible, but my bumper is going on next week so i dont want to wait long at all o.o
