Default decent cheap tires..

What are some good cheap tires...i'm looking to pick up a nice pair of 17' rims and I want some pretty decent street tires for them. I've seen good reviews on the Toyo Extensa HP. What i'm mostly looking for is decent performance and life. if thats possible at a good price lol
