Default what kind of performance gains do these mods give you

i am just wondering what kind of gains i could expect from doing these modifications to my 1.6li dohc vtec engine

port and polish
knife edged crank
micro polished
shot penned rods
balanced rotating assembly
gasket matching
oversized throttle body

keep in ming that i would also run stage 3 cams
and a full super tech valve train upgrade to compliment
i want to push at least 20 psi and i am wondering if these mods would hurt my performance (i have had some people on other forums tell me that these mods are not nessicary and will hurt my hp #s)

knife edge is where they grind away at the crank untill it hase edges like a knife so that it can dip in and out of the oil whitout splashing it every where
here i hope this photo helps me explain its hard for me to explain

gasket matching is where you have the head off of the car and put say the exhaust mani gasket on and match the runners to the gasket because alot of the time the gasket will be slightly larger than the runners its pretty much the same as port matching this increases airflow due to making it easier for the air to flow that is my explanation in a nutshell
