Sad Vtec is not kicking in

Hey guys i am have a problem with my B16A2 engine, just changed the whole interior loom. All electrics and clustor work but for some reason vtec isnt kicking in? at all and I know if vtec isnt working the engine light would flick on? but i dont see the light.

Can any one help or have ideas? to the problem i am dealing with right now Im guessing it might be engine loom wiring, but i didnt mess around with it.

thanks in advance

its gotta be wiring... id say, start from the ecu and work your way to the engine, also the vtec soleniod. it could be bad?, but i couldnt say whats exactly wrong... i dont run vtec yet... lol. its not your clutch, vtec is mainly wiring, soleniod and ecu. it doesnt involve with the clutch.
