I cleaned it. :) And I also cleaned my mom's Camry. My mom doesn't take care of her car though. Like she loves her car but... I cleaned a coffee stain of the plastic leather replica stuff. She also made a coffee stain in my car on the carpet when she used to drive it.

FYI the Camry is a 2009 :)

Spent the day a few days ago tearing out and putting in a new half shaft. Took a bath in gear oil (puke, I HATE the smell of that crap) got the new one in and the car is happy again!

I totally did post pictures of my car! Maybe not in the member rides section but I definately did post them.

Anyway, my budget is 5000 dollars and I have a car lined up. Unfortunately, buying a car in my family is not that simple. My mom knows nothing about cars and seeks the approval of my uncle, which means my uncle has to approve the vehicle I buy. The good thing is he has the same taste in cars I do.

We found this 1987 BMW 325E at graham auctions last week in perfect condition. 148000 kilometers, no rust, two sets of tires (w+s) and 100% stock. He wants 4000 so we went and offered 4000 before the auction and he said no cause he thought he would get more in the auction. No one bid except my uncle and he rejected ($1000). It is worth 4000 but now my uncle believes that he can get it for 1000 even though the man will not take less then 4000 now.

Anyway, I LOVE this car but now I probably won't get it because my uncles not gonna let me. I am very very tight with my family so I would rather loose the car then my uncles friendship so I don't really care.

If you go on kijiji and check for them the iX model which is AWD is $10,000. If you wanna get an iS they are about $6000 and for a busted up 325i with high km you can get it for $2000.

Don't get me wrong, my uncle knows alot about BMW's and cars. He was a heavy duty mechanic making over 100,000/y so I have complete confidence in him. He is just a liiittttllllee stubborn haha

Just to clarify, we are not giving up. We are just gonna give the guy some time to change his mind. We are going on saturday to try again.

yeah i heard you say this today when you txtd me that sucks man what where you doing to blow it?

i started my car for the first time in about 2 weeks and was going to get my engine out of my crx untill i got what was left of my check after bill collectors raided my bank account and found out i only got 43 bucks left after everyone took what they wanted
im fuckin livid i was all excited to get my car on the road by tommorrow night but so much for that it will be getting on the road in 2 weeks when i get my next check

basically to start my insurance its 150 but they cover my mods so its all good and then 80 to get it liscenced and then about 40 bucks to get my motor in unless i do the timing belt and shit and replace a bunch of leaky gaskets and the throwout bearing for the clutch since its allready fucked so it will be having the time of its life very soon im so damn happy
