Default How to gain weight and how to maintain it?


I've been trying to gain weight, but I'm not having any luck. I have a really fast metabolism and I eat a lot of asian food everyday,specially rice i also play basketball 3 times a week, so that doesn't help... Is it healthy to drink those protein shake? I use to drink 1-2 ensures everyday to help with the weight, but I couldn't handle the nasty smell and taste. I don't ever eat fast food because I like eating healthy, but eating healthy isn't helping with my weight gain. Are there like any meal plans for gaining weight?

My goal is to try to gain 30 lbs. Every time I do gain weight, I have trouble keeping it on. any input will be much appreciate

ive been trying to gain weight but it just doesnt work so ima start working out whenever i have time and start drinking protein milks and stuff and hopefully that will get me built

how much do you weigh now?

McDonald's should do it:

Morning - Big Breakfast, Bacon & Egg McMuffin & Chocolate Shake

Lunch - Double Big Mac Combo with up-size Fries, Chocolate Shake & Apple Pie

Dinner - Double Qtr Pounder with Cheese Combo, and yes up-size the Fries, Chocolate shake, Cherry Pie (you need your fruits)

Real food that's high in protein and complex carve are your best bet. Protein powders could work too but stay away from muscle milk at all costs - it has as many fillers as your favorite candy

that mcdonald breakfast/lunch/dinner combo sounds extremely gross lol.

but logically it could work. i can only picture how much acne you'd get from that lol

120lbs trying to be 150

lol I'm going for the opposite. I want to lose weight and keep it off. How bout you teach me that and I will give you my secrets to gaining weight haha

Try loading up more on protein and pastas/breads, hit the gym 4-5 times a week for an hour or two. Focus more on weights rather then cardio?

your name says azn. so im asuming your asian, not many asians gain weight easily. its genetics. only way to gain weight and be asian if you master the art of sumo. lol

ALOT of asians have fast metabolism. depends where he picks the genes from. or he's just probably younger, and is a typical american lol
