Talking First question of this thread - Post workout


Hey guys, thank god we have this section here now i am able to ask question about this. hope anyone here can give me some advice/ideas
Just want to know if anyone does use anything post workout?

I do a protein shake with milk (not homo), but i was thinking maybe there's something better suited.

like some input with what people use/have used and their opinions on said items.

that's actually very good. after a stenuous workout your body needs the fat and extra calories from the milk.
just make sure that the protein is whey protein. its it absorbed faster by the body and gets to the muscle fibers quickly. very important for a post workout drink.

yeah thats a good routine to have, its also very important to take it right after your workout to avoid your body going heading into a catabolic state, you want your body in an anabolic state, which means its building up simply put instead of catabolic where its tearing down
