If that doesn't work for you, try asking people around SpeedTech. Everytime I'm down there, I always see at least one Honda Civic with a "For Sale" sign on it. Most of the ones I've seen have engine swaps but sometimes they go for waaaay more than your current asking price. But it's worth a shot.

Every time I go to SpeedTech on 32nd ave, there's always a few Civic's for sale. However, most of them are selling for about triple your asking price...

If you're willing to put in a little extra effort (and do some travelling), try checking out ads in Toronto. A lot of them show up on kijiji and close to your asking price. The process of bring a car in from out of Alberta isn't to hard. There's some extra paperwork involved and a trip to an Alberta mechanic for an Out of Province Inspection. Start by talking to your local Motor Vehicle Registry for the papers you need to get started. Once you have the car, you can start enjoying it by taking it on a long drive back home.

It can be done; that's how I brought my BMW in from BC.
